The Brifay application infrastructure and database (customer workspace, business data) are hosted within the European Union by Supabase Inc. Payment collection is handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. and the issuance of electronic invoices (Factur-X) by Pennylane, an accredited platform (France, EU). 4. Intellectual property
All elements composing the Brifay website and application — including, without limitation, the architecture, text, images, illustrations, photographs, videos, sounds, logos, icons, graphics, trademarks, source code, databases, domain names, user interface and application programming interface (API) — are the exclusive property of Brifay or its partners, and are protected under copyright law, trademark law, database rights and, more generally, intellectual property law.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation, translation, distribution or exploitation, in whole or in part, of any element of the website or application, by any means and on any medium, is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of Brifay, with the exception of the private use of the copyist provided for in Article L.122-5 of the French Intellectual Property Code.
Any unauthorised use of the website, the application or any element they contain shall constitute an infringement and shall be prosecuted in accordance with Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
5. Trademarks and logos
The trademark Brifay, the Brifay logo and the name Brio (built-in AI assistant) are trademarks used by Brifay. Any reproduction, imitation or use, in whole or in part, without the express authorisation of Brifay, engages the liability of its authors and is liable to civil and criminal sanctions (Articles L.713-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code).
Any other trademarks, logos and names cited on the website belong to their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction
