Are requesters billed?
No. Only active users (Admin, Manager, Technician, etc.) count toward your subscription. Requesters — the people who report a problem — are free and unlimited on every paid plan.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your admin area. Changes take effect immediately, with a pro-rated adjustment on your next invoice.
How does the free trial work?
The free trial lasts 14 days on the Starter, Pro and Business plans and unlocks every feature of the plan you pick. A credit card is required at sign-up, but no charge is taken before the end of the trial (day 15). You can cancel any time during the trial.
Is there a billing minimum?
The Pro and Business plans require a minimum of 3 active users. That works out to a minimum of €87/month for Pro and €177/month for Business (monthly pricing).
What happens at the end of the trial?
At the end of the trial, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan. All your data is kept. You can subscribe to a paid plan at any time to unlock the full feature set.
